Plain Rotis - Institutional pack
Better than home-style puffed Rotis. These are made with just wheat flour, water & vegetable oil. No other ingredients are added. Available in weight ranging from 30 - 50 gms. Nutrient value details are available with us and can be shared upon request
Flavour Rotis
Our all time hit flavour is Methi Roti. We developed this flavour upon request from an industry giant. Dehydrated Methi is used to give a flavourful taste. Best served as a roll to guests, preferred weight is 40 gms. We also make Pudina Roti, which also fares well as a roll. Other customizations also possible
Rumali/ Paranthas
Rumali rotis & Paranthas (Plain & Stuffed) are made by our partner vendor. Unfortunately there is no automation currently for this product, hence these are made by hand. However, all necessary protocols of production are followed to ensure a hygenic product

Heating Instructions
- Best results in a modern & efficient way - put the bundle of 25 Rotis in a steamer for 30 seconds
- Conventional way - heat the tawa on high flame and warm both sides of Roti for 10 seconds each
- If using microwave - wrap 10 Rotis in butter paper and time it for 15 seconds in the microwave

- Water - RO water used, in-house plant

- Butter paper & LDPE pouches or only LDPE pouches

- Air-tight seal done by Innoseal packers
